To register and maintain an account on 95galaxy, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits, winnings, and bonus funds in such accounts will be permanently forfeited. 95galaxy reserves the right to report instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities.
Each Player may register only one account on the 95galaxy Platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 95galaxy employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent multi-accounting.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. It is the Player's ongoing responsibility to keep this information up to date. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
95galaxy may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing any withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted identification documents include government-issued photo identification (such as Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 95galaxy may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals. 95galaxy will not be liable for any delays in payment processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
95galaxy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in the Player's jurisdiction: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. Withdrawal limits may differ by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Higher limits may be available to VIP account holders subject to verification.
Deposit processing times are typically instant for e-wallets and DuitNow, and five to fifteen minutes for FPX bank transfers. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers within five to fifteen minutes; direct bank wire transfers within fifteen to sixty minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
Where technically possible, 95galaxy will process withdrawals to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure. In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, Players must contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method, which will be subject to additional verification.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as its primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 95galaxy is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
95galaxy does not charge platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals via standard Malaysian payment methods. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 95galaxy's control.
95galaxy offers various promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus balance and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. As a general guide, a 15x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM1,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met.
While a bonus is active in a Player's account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM250, unless a lower limit is specified on the promotion page. Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Different game categories contribute differently toward the completion of wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live dealer table games, including baccarat and blackjack, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting markets may have varying contribution rates. The exact contribution rates for each game or category are available upon request from customer support.
Bonuses must be used (claimed and wagered) within the validity period specified on the applicable promotion page, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Unused or partially wagered bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry and will not be credited, reinstated, or compensated in any form.
Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum cash-out limit as specified on the applicable promotion page. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Player's balance upon withdrawal processing.
95galaxy reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting game loopholes to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk; and coordinated play between multiple accounts to satisfy rollover conditions.
All casino games available on 95galaxy are operated under the rules set by the respective game software providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money bets. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules displayed on the Platform and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
All random number generator (RNG) casino games — including slots, virtual table games, and virtual sports — are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not susceptible to manipulation by either the player or the platform.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions of the dealer (card dealing, roulette spin, etc.) and are not software-generated. Recorded footage of all live dealer sessions is retained for a minimum of 90 days for dispute resolution purposes.
Sports betting markets cover a wide range of events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions. 95galaxy reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet where there is evidence of pricing errors, irregular wagering patterns, or match integrity concerns. Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the Player's account as real-money balance.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, 95galaxy will attempt to restore the session to its state prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, 95galaxy reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. 95galaxy shall not be liable for any losses alleged to have arisen from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 95galaxy Platform:
Breach of any of the above provisions constitutes a material violation of these Terms. 95galaxy reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
95galaxy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require immediate action. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities; and Player self-exclusion.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not attributable to a breach of these Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC procedures. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for return upon account closure unless specifically agreed otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 95galaxy and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from technical failures, game outcomes, or payment processing delays.
95galaxy's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 95galaxy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform offers a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and self-exclusion (permanent or indefinite account closure).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 95galaxy holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory rights that Players may have under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 95galaxy's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by 95galaxy's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
